Developed in 2001 by Paula Norris Mestayer and Dr. Richard Mestayer III, BR+NAD® grew from Springfield Wellness Center’s early work with NAD+ and became the foundation of a 25-year journey in restorative wellness.
What began as a pioneering approach to NAD+ care has continued to evolve through experience, observation, research and—most importantly—the people we’ve had the privilege of serving.
It Started With a Question.
What began in 2001 as a search for new possibilities in wellness became a much larger journey.
Over the past 25 years, BR+NAD® has been shaped by thousands of hours of clinical experience, ongoing curiosity about NAD+, and the individual stories of the people who came to Springfield Wellness Center looking for something different.
The protocol has evolved. Our understanding has evolved. The world of NAD+ has certainly evolved.
But the reason for doing the work has never really changed: people.
